PMs will use the Support Summary tab of S.T.E.V.E. (a reporting tool built into the iMentor Platform) to manage toward completion of Mentor Spring Calls. This resource explains how to read the data visualized on this tab. PMs' goal is the fill the Mentor Spring Touch Point bar to 100%. If desired, PMs can track their progress in scheduling and completing calls using the Custom Export feature of the imetnor Platform to generate a list of their mentors and adding a column in the export to make note of whether a mentor has scheduled or completed a call.
