New Platform Survey Administration

Mentee and Mentor Beginning of Year Survey on the New Platform

  1. Sending the Survey Links
  2. Collecting Responses
    • Once mentees and mentors open the link, they will be prompted to include personally identifying information, such as name, email, and program site. This is to be able to link their responses to their mentee and mentor user id. 
  3. Identifying Participants Who Have Completed the Survey
    • Each site will receive a report of individuals who have completed the survey as the data is collected.
  4. Sending Follow-Up Reminders
    • For participants who haven’t completed the survey, send a follow-up prompt to remind them to complete it.
