This one-page resource provides an overview of the different roles staff play in facilitating high-quality iimp of the iMentor model.

High School Program Managers

High school Program Managers are iMentor's direct-service staff and are responsible for integrating with the partner school they work in to implement the program for mentee-mentor pairs throughout the duration of their high school experience.

Post-Secondary Program Managers

Post-Secondary Program Managers are iMentor's direct-service staff and are responsible for implementing the programming for mentee-mentor pairs throughout the duration of their post-secondary experience.

Regional and National Team Collaboration

To ensure regional teams are set up for success to implement the iMentor model in their local context with a high level of efficacy, it is important that regional teams establish a strong working relationship with the National Program Team.  This introductory resource outlines the vision fo how regional and national teams work collaboratively in service of delivering the best experience to all pairs across the country.
