HS Program Implementation Dashboard

The HS Program Implementation workbook provides an overview of progress toward pair engagement goals.  It can be used to review region-wide progress toward shared goals and to drill down to cohort goals.  Regional leaders, managers and PMs use this element to ensure that they are progressing toward their goals and to provide high-level context to conversations regarding the direction of upcoming implementation efforts.

1 - Matched Pairs/Filter

This section displays the number of matched pairs based on the selection made using any of the filters.  By making selections from any of the the drop-downs (or multiple selections), the number of matched pairs and engagement data is automatically manipulated to display only the desired data.  It is worth noting that only pairs that have completed at least one lesson on the iMentor platform are represented here.

2 - Engagement Benchmarks

This section presents the percentage of matched pairs that are meeting the online communication (left), in-person meeting (middle) and both benchmarks (right), respectively.  Values for online communication are color coded according to whether the PM is meeting (green), approaching (yellow) or not meeting (red) the program benchmark of 65%.  Values for both benchmarks are also color coded according to progress toward benchmarks, but for this measure, the benchmark is 50%.

3 - Week over Week Lesson Engagement

This graph shows the percentage of matched pairs meeting the individual online communication benchmark of 65% each week throughout the program year.  Using this graph, implementation stakeholders can consider overall trends in online engagement and determine whether or not to deploy a new approach to fostering engagement.  Additionally, dips and spikes can be explored to understand the impact of strategies currently employed or to understand the effect of environmental circumstances in a cohort/on their caseload.

4 - View Line Graph by Toggle

By default, the week over week lesson engagement graph displays online engagement trends in the aggregate.  By using the toggle, the lane graph will reorient to be displayed by PMs or cohorts.  By manipulating the visualization in this fashion, implementation teams can consider trends from different perspectives to gain a better understanding of pairs' online engagement.

5 - In-Person Meeting Distribution

This bar chart visualizes the percentage of matched pairs that have not met, met once, met twice, etc.  Pairs that have met six or more times are grouped since the ultimate goal is to ensure that pairs meet six or more times by the end of the program year.  Regardless of the toggle switch selection under the "View Line Graph by" header, this graph will always display data in the aggregate based on the filters in use.  Throughout the year, this chart can be used to to work toward the ultimate goal of six meetings per pair by ensuring that the bars at the top get smaller as the bar at the bottom grows.  The bar chart is color coded in gradient fashion from red to yellow and finally green to indicate progress toward the individual benchmark of six or more in-person meetings.
