Pair Support

The Pair Support tab on the HS Program Implementation Dashboard provides an overview of progress toward pair support goals.  Use this workbook to create quick focus lists around the provision of touch points and/or quarterly summary notes.  

Pair Support Filters

This section displays the number of matched pairs based on the selection made using any of the filters.   By making selections from any of the the drop-downs (or multiple selections), the number of matched pairs and support data is automatically manipulated to display only the desired data.   It is worth noting that only pairs that have completed at least one lesson on the iMentor platform are represented.



Mentee Support

 This section provides the percentage of mentees with a fall and spring touch point, respectively.  In addition, the chart indicates whether mentees received a touch point just with their PM (Mentee Only Touchpoint) as well as those that completed a pair support contact with their PM and mentor together (Pair Touchpoint).

This section provides the percentage of mentors that completed standardized pair support touch points with their PM.  


Pair Summary Notes

This section shows the percentage of pairs that have a Quarterly Summary Note during each quarter of the program year (Q2 actually includes any Quarterly Summary Note logged between July 1 and December 31.)
