These live mentor trainings are designed to help program staff build mentors’ skills and confidence throughout the program year. Each training includes a guided presentation deck and facilitator guide with everything staff need to launch and lead the session, including key talking points, activities, and facilitation guidance. Use these resources to create engaging learning experiences that prepare mentors to support their mentees effectively.

| Supporting in Career Exploration | Objective: Equip mentors to support mentees in exploring career interests by using motivational interviewing strategies and program resources. |
| The Art of the Check-In | Objective: Equip mentors to describe what makes a check-in effective on the Platform and in live meetings, structure a check-in using the Open, Explore, Support, Close arc, and respond confidently to common check-in challenges. |
| Launching 12th Grade Strong | Objective: Mentors will assess where their pair stands going into senior year and leave ready to use the advising framework to support their mentee in building a quality post-secondary list. |
