The School Partner Assessment Rubric outlines the commitments that we ask of school partners in order to successfully implement the program. Please complete this rubric for each of your school partner(s) to identify areas that are successful and/or require improvement. 

We recommend using this rubric as a tool to prepare for school partner meetings at the beginning, middle or end of the year. This rubric can also be used as a resource for selecting a new school partner.
