We ask all partners to make the following commitments over the course of our partnership:
- Fully adopt iMentor’s research-based model in school based settings.
- Recruit, screen, train and support mentors with iMentor’s comprehensive system of support.
- Hire a qualified full time staff member to manage the partnership and direct each cohort of 75 – 100 pairs. Additional staffing should include a designated supervisor who oversees the program as well as staffing for mentor recruitment, screening and training.
- Secure the funds to support the partnership, including a partnership fee to fund iMentor’s comprehensive consulting services, resources, and technology.
