Intro to Pair Support -- Working with Mentors

Working with, and supporting, your mentors is a big part of the PM role. Being able to apply the best practices in mentor management will help you to work with your mentors, especially since you will not meet your mentors in person until the first event.

Explore the documents below, which are all also linked to the Mentor-Specific Support Strategies page of the Digital Program Manual and begin to think about how you will get to know and set expectations with your mentors.

We also suggest you read  It’s About Time, an article which explores recent research about how much time mentoring program staff, like PMs, need to spend interacting with mentors.
