Documentation and Continuity of Care

Documentation of pair support efforts is a critical responsibility of the Program Manager (PM) role.  By logging all support provided on the iMentor Platform, PMs are effectively stewarding mentee safety, establishing a strong continuity of care and supporting the organization’s ability to examine the efficacy of pair support in shepherding pairs toward programmatic outcomes.  The resources below are designed to help PMs understand this responsibility and prepare to engage in this work throughout the program year.
