Application Timeline

Please note, the deadline for 2019 applications is December 1.

The following outlines the timeline for organizations interested in a Fall 2020 program launch.

April 2019

Launch of iMentor Partner Programs Application

Learn about the iMentor model and opportunities for partnership, and tell us about your organization’s interest and goals for a partnership.

Ongoing

Series of conversations prior to beginning the formal application

November 15, 2019

Organizations applying for the iMentor Partnership Scholarship must submit their partnership application and all accompanying materials by November 15, 2019.

December 1, 2019

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis up until December 1, 2019.

‚ÄčThose who submit applications prior to December 1, 2019 will receive notice within 3 weeks and those accepted will benefit from additional planning support at no added cost.

January 1, 2020

Final partner selection and invitation to partner

Janaury 15, 2020

Partnering organizations return signed contract to iMentor along with the planning phase fee.

  • Initial contract commitment includes a planning phase of 6 months at minimum and two years of program implementation through June 2022.

February 2020

Mandatory onboarding training in New York City for partners launching in the fall of 2020 (2-3 days)

March – June 2020

Continued onboarding training at local partner site(s) (2 days)

Summer 2020

Program staff training (location TBD) (2-3 days)

Fall 2020

Year 1 program implementation begins

Fall 2021

Year 2 program implementation begins
