Collecting The Mentor Contract

Mentor applicants are asked to sign the Mentor Contract via SignNow, a secure online Platform. The Screening Operations Manager sends out contracts at least 3 times a week and logs their return in Salesforce. 

If an applicant does NOT sign and submit the contract within a week or so of its receipt, the applicant owner will follow up. A volunteer cannot participate in the program without a signed and logged contract (and in NYC, also a background check release form). Additionally, no points within the contract may be amended. Applicants may choose not to sign if they are not comfortable, and screening will thank the applicant for their feedback and offer to withdraw their candidacy.
