Step 2: Initial School Outreach

The second phase of school partner recruitment is outreach either by leveraging exisiting relationships or cold calling.

Additionally, it may be of note that iMentor has has success leading information meetings in both individual and group settings. In the past, iMentor has had success hosting a breakfast or lunch to provide several schools with information about the program at the same time. Before reaching out, it could be helpful to think through which approach you would like to take. Feel free to consult your Partnership Manager!
