When iMentor meets with prospective school partnes, we aim to speak with the Principal, AP and counseling staff. If there are peer organizations doing similar work in the school, it can be helfpul to have them in the room too. These different stakeholders will all bring a different voice to the converation and can help ensure the program is integrated into the school community once the partnership is launched.
