Our mentee-centered curriculum is designed to help young people build the knowledge, skills, and mindsets they need in order to develop a strong mentorship relationship and confidently plan for their future. Each module supports meaningful mentor-mentee connection and provides clear implementation structures to support you in your programming.

Recommended Modules for 11th Grade:
Mentees will reflect on their values, interests, and goals to shape a vision for their future. They will start recognizing the role of relationships in supporting their success. Focus Areas: Informed Decision-Making | |

Locking in for Senior Year | Pairs will prepare for the transition to senior year by getting ahead on key post-secondary application tasks. Preparing for Your Next Move | Mentees will complete the final steps for their post-secondary transition, ensuring they are fully prepared for their next move.
