Today we are going to look at the iMentor curriculum and begin to explore how you will work with mentors in the program. They will begin to visualize what an ideal pair looks like and how the PM, mentor and mentee all work together.

• Talk in you small groups about the grade, what is the goal for your grade? What tasks will your pairs work on?

• Create a visual of an ideal mentor in you small group. 
  • What does the ideal mentor look like?
