Bay Area Orientations: Support Staff Responsibilities

DELIVERABLES FOR SCREENING NIGHT-OF:

At the end of orientation, these three things must be uploaded to Box for Screening to view by 9am EST the next morning. Label new folders as their accurate orientation dates. Further information about each piece is listed below. (Link to Box folder)

___Sign-in sheet

___Applicant photos (as it stands as of spring 2022)

___ Box Note with outlined necessary information. “Facilitator Notes” might include notes about walk-in applicants, flag worthy behavior, recruitment opportunities or potential VIPs.


TO DO DURING THE EVENT 

___Mark the sign-in sheet to note who officially attended

___Mark those who attended/did not attend in the Salesforce campaign

___Reiterate to applicants the following important pieces to be done night-of. This timing is up to you depending on the flow of the event, but is hugely helpful to screening. Please reiterate vocally and in the Zoom chat!
 - sign up for a phone interview (most important!)
 - sign up for phone call with the nurse practitioner for TB evaluation
 - submit a photo to the recruitment email provided
 - complete the online application if not done so already

___Notify screening team of any issues that came up that night that would affect screening. For ex. Zoom issues, any applicant concerns, major applicant questions, etc. 

___(END OF NIGHT) Mark the entire campaign event as completed in Salesforce once attendees are marked

DAY AFTER:

___Upload applicant photos to this Box folder, appearing vertical and named by applicants first and last name

___Touch base with screening if any points require additional discussion

SCREENING WILL SEND A POST-ORIENTATION EMAIL THE MORNING AFTER THE EVENT OUTLINING ANY NOTES/QUESTIONS AND PERCENTAGE OF INTERVIEW SIGN-UPS.
