Application Timeline

Please note, the deadline for  applications is 11:59pm EST on January 15, 2021.

The following outlines the timeline for organizations interested in a Fall 2021 program launch.

July 2020

Launch of iMentor Partner Programs Application

Learn about the iMentor model and opportunities for partnership, and tell us about your organization’s interest and goals for a partnership.

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters Agencies: Can reach out to [email protected] to schedule an exploratory conversation to learn more about our program model and opportunities to partner with us.

Ongoing

Series of conversations prior to beginning the formal application

January 15, 2021

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis up until January 15, 2021.

Those that apply earlier will hear back within 3 weeks and engage in an extended planning phase with iMentor support at no additional cost.

February 15, 2021

Partnering organizations return signed contract to iMentor along with the planning phase fee.

  • Initial contract commitment includes a planning phase of 6 months at minimum and two years of program implementation through June 2023

March 2021

Mandatory onboarding training  for partners launching in the fall of 2021 (2-3 days)

March – June 2021

Continued onboarding training (2 days)

Summer 2021

Program staff training (2-3 days)

Fall 2021

Year 1 program implementation begins

Fall 2022

Year 2 program implementation begins
